Pathfinders Academy is seeking a dedicated Grade 3-5 Teacher for Fall 2026 who is fully committed to our mission, model, and values.

    Pathfinders Academy is a small, family-like community where students are encouraged to take responsibility for their learning while being guided by dedicated teachers who facilitate and inspire their educational journey. We believe that every student has a unique purpose, and our model allows them to progress beyond traditional grade levels, ensuring they are challenged at their own pace. Learning is interdisciplinary, project-based, and deeply meaningful, with teachers fostering connections between subjects to bring education to life.

    • Builds Cross-Curricular Projects – Designs and implements interdisciplinary learning experiences that connect multiple subjects and make learning dynamic, hands-on, and real-world applicable.

    • Fosters Student Growth – Encourages students to think critically, problem-solve, and take initiative in their learning journey.

    • Values a Small-School Community – Thrives in a close-knit, personalized educational setting where relationships with students and families are central.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Teaching certification preferred)

    • Experience with upper elementary grades (3-5)

    • A strong Christian worldview and ability to integrate faith into teaching

    • A desire to facilitate student-led learning rather than direct traditional instruction

    • Ability to creatively design and build engaging cross-curricular projects that make learning meaningful and connected

    • Strong collaboration skills and a heart for mentoring students
